Over the past few years, we've consistently pushed to provide the best performing and best value technology to power your website, while keeping our prices the same. However, the increasing complexity of maintaining and securing high quality websites, along with growing supply costs means it’s becoming more and more expensive to provide these services.

By increasing our prices now we ensure that we can continue to provide you with a quality service backed by extensive experience and unparalleled support.

What we’ve improved

  • Significantly upgraded our hosting platforms by moving all business and e-commerce hosting customers to Google Cloud's compute-optimized (C2) virtual machines and premium tier network.
  • Increased performance and protection by implementing Cloudflare.
  • Made ongoing investment in a growing team of world-class support engineers.
  • Always supported the latest PHP releases, both in staging and live environments.
  • Introduced free staging environments with Selective Push functionality.
  • Provided self-healing PHP and automatic MySQL Database optimisation.
  • Increased disk storage space for most plans.
  • Increased the monthly sessions limits for Starter and Business plans.
  • Added 18 new data centres.
